7 Structural features meet or exceed national standards.  Every Symphony Home is built on a super strong solid 10 inch thick concrete basement wall reinforced with steel, unlike most builders who use an 8 inch wall or prefabricated wall system, which is even thinner. Basement walls are then treated with a special 60 mil water proofing membrane (NOT damp proofing) to help keep your home dry and leak free, another money saving feature!  This process also helps reduce the risk of mold forming because your basement is kept extra dry! Our basements are guaranteed not to leak for 10 full years!  Premium select lumber is used throughout the home.  Floors are 3/4 inch tongue and groove which are nailed and then screwed to virtually eliminate squeaky floors!  We also use CertainTeed architectural shingles, not cheap 3-tab shingles that most other builders use. CertainTeed architectural shingles are among the best in the industry and are guaranteed to keep your home dry for 30 years!  Quality materials and experienced trades are used throughout the entire construction process of each and every Symphony Home!
