We couldn't be happier with the quality of our Symphony Home!  We purchased our home in the Laurel Heights subdivision in Davison in March of 2003.  Our "Harmony" style home was customized to our satisfaction with all of the additions we wanted.  Don and Steve are very nice guy's to work with, very easy going and very attentive!  We have found them to be top notch in their field of building quality homes.  We looked at other subdivisions all around the metro Detroit and Genesee County area and never saw the quality in any of those builds as we did with Symphony's homes.  Symphony's craftsmanship is remarkable and their attention to detail is outstanding!  We couldn't be happier!  We have found that there are many bonuses to choosing Symphony as our builder - the quality in the brick work, the siding, the driveways, the sod, the roofing, the walls, the cabinets, the hardwood flooring, and more!  Not only is the quality there to easily see, they also back up their homes with a 10 year warranty!!!

As far as the Laurel Heights subdivision and the community of Davison it is a very nice place to live.  The people are nice and always have a smile on their face!  We also spend a lot of time in the little historic town of Davison (just a couple of blocks away from Symphony Homes in Davison).  It gives us a very warm and comfortable feeling to be a part of this community as we visit the shops and restaurants here.  Also, Lapeer and Clarkston are just minutes away and we have found it easy to get anywhere, even when we have to travel to Detroit.  We really love living in our Symphony Home in Davison and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

We would like to share our story building our new home in the Wakefield Woods Community.  We researched a lot of new homes that were being built in the Grand Blanc area.  After extensive prayer and guidance, we chose Symphony Homes.  The sales director was outstanding.  She was very pleasant and easy to work with.  She assisted us with every step of the building process making sure that everything we wanted in our home was relayed to the builder.  Our builder, Don Mahoney, was excellent.  He was very patient and made sure that we were happy with every step of the process of building our home.

As first time home builders it was a challenge for us because we didn't know what to expect, but Mr. Mahoney assured us that everything would be fine.  Our home inspector, Bill Lewis, stated that "it's one of the best built homes that I've inspected and I don't give out compliments unless they are deserved."  We trusted Symphony Homes to build our home from the blueprint and we are very happy customers!  We truly recommend anyone in the market for a new home to come out to our Wakefield Woods Community.  You'll love it!

Our names are Clark and Tracy Freeman.  We recently relocated to Michigan from New Jersey due to my husband’s career.  Since we have 4 year old twins, we needed a home immediately, and didn’t have the luxury of time to build.  We were in the market for a new construction home convenient to the expressway, close to town, yet away from the hustle and bustle.

With all this in mind, our Realtor brought us to a new development in Grand Blanc called Wakefield Woods.  Upon driving into the development we knew this was the one.  My husband and I nudged each other with excitement.  We had previously been through 3 or 4 other new developments in the surrounding area and were not happy with the flat setting and lack of quality and workmanship of their homes. After viewing one of Symphony Homes' models we fell in love instantly.  There was no comparison in the quality, design, layout and workmanship.  There were also so many features that set Symphony Homes apart, like the 9 foot ceilings, tray ceilings, cabinetry, and flooring not to mention all the structural elements.  Any questions or concerns we have had since moving into our home eight months ago have been met immediately by the builders.  They are extremely professional and courteous and put the customer first and foremost.

Grand Blanc is a wonderful and growing community with top schools.  Wakefield Woods is a picturesque development nestled among woods and hills in a country setting, yet close to the expressway and town.

My husband and I recently moved into our newly constructed home in the Wakefield Woods Community.  Aside from the task of decision making, choosing colors and so forth, the process was a pleasant and pain free experience.   Working with Don Mahoney was a pleasure and we would highly recommend their services to anyone who is interested in building a high quality and uniquely individual home.

When we first started looking at new construction homes, we were very frustrated.  Most of the new subdivisions were cookie cutter replicas of each other and lacked the personality and individuality which we desired.  We found that the neighborhood environment of most new subdivisions lacked character and the country setting of which we were accustomed.  We stumbled upon the Symphony Homes during the Parade of Homes and for the first time we both agreed that this would be a nice place to live.

There are many qualities which set Symphony Homes apart from other communities such as the quality of workmanship, the unique and beautiful layouts, the variety of styles available and the beautiful country setting.  Our only hesitation at the time was that there were no models of the house that we were interested in.  After much deliberation, we decided to take a chance and went with only the blueprint and our imaginations.  We are extremely pleased with the outcome and are delighted to be a part of the Wakefield Woods Community.

We purchased our house from Symphony Homes in July 2002 and are absolutely satisfied with the quality of both the product and the service Symphony Homes provided.  We did not jump into the building process, but instead researched the market and made sure that we understood our needs and desires.  We looked at many different designs, talked to our friends who have had homes built, and developed a list of reasonable expectations that each prospective builder would have to meet.  After talking to several builders in the area, including some of the nationally recognized names, we found Symphony Homes to be very easy to work with and up front in all aspects of the building process.  Since we have refurbished homes ourselves, we have a pretty good idea of what constitutes good quality workmanship.  Symphony Homes exceeded all of our expectations for fit and finish, and met all timing commitments right up to the move in date.
